PHASE 3A1

All homes in this phase are either complete or soon to be completed.

Grading and grass inspections will start as soon as weather permits. Additionally, the topcoat of the neighbourhood roads and driveways are scheduled to start and are to be completed later this year.

PHASE 3A2

This section of the community is seeing continuous progress with several of the homes and townhomes in this phase under construction.

This summer, curbs and sidewalks are scheduled to be completed, followed by driveway paving, grading, and sodding stages this year.

PHASE 4

Phase four has begun with the construction of approximately 150 units. Several of the homes and townhomes are in the footings and foundations stage, while others are on to framing and exterior cladding construction stages.
