The spring season has brought new development to our Calderwood community in Thorold, Ontario. For a closer look at our progress on site, view our aerial footage and photography below.
Our team has been very excited to ramp up construction over the past few months and is looking forward to continuing throughout the summer season as well. For some of the townhomes and 38’ lots along Emplorer Way, framing has been completed and mechanical rough-ins have just begun. Eight 33’ lots on Peach Street and fifteen 38’ lots on Barker Parkway have also been fully excavated and have started to have their footings poured. Once this is complete, our on-site team will begin building each home’s foundation.
The current phase at Empire Calderwood is now sold. Stay tuned for a new release of homes coming to the community in the near future. You can join our interest list to be among the first to receive information on our release date, pricing and home designs as information becomes available.
