There’s been a lot of progress to start the year off at our Avalon community in Caledonia. Here’s an inside scoop of what’s on the go and what’s to come at Empire Avalon.
The final homes in Phase 3A1 and 3A2 are in the final finishing stages and will be ready for closing in early 2021. All grading, grass, and asphalt is now completed in 3A1 and will commence in the Spring for 3A2.
Our construction team continues to work hard in Phase 4 as construction is underway and at various stages with more and more homes entering the finishing stages and will soon be ready for homeowners. Driveway paving and grading are scheduled to be completed in late spring 2021.
