The spring season has brought exciting new updates to our Imagine community in Niagara Falls as construction continues on new homes in the area. In Phase 5C, 80% of the homes are now occupied, and community landscaping is now underway. For the 11 homes that remain under construction, mechanical work has been completed and the team is now in the process of beginning interior finishings.
For the townhomes a part of Block 299, landscaping is underway, grading is complete and all sidewalks have been installed. The remaining two blocks, Blocks 2 and 3, are in the process of having their interior finishings completed. Exterior cladding, interior finishing and mechanical work remains in progress for Block 88.
