Demolition of the existing buildings on King Street is underway, with the rest of the demolition to be complete over the summer.
The façade retention system is now in place to support the heritage façade of the historic building on King Street.
As Maverick is gearing up for construction, we have temporarily closed the presentation centre. We are open by appointment only.
