Our Empire Phoenix site is busy with activity as our construction team continues to work hard on-site to keep the construction process going. Watch our latest drone footage*, enjoy some photos of our recent site visit and read on to learn more.

In the underground parking levels, we are thrilled to see the excavation, below-grade waterproofing and slab on grade of the lower levels complete from P1 – P3. The last remaining columns and walls in the parking levels are starting to erect, while rough-ins of mechanical and electrical have started. Underground parking should be completed by the end of spring 2020.
Concrete work is currently being performed at the ground floor, while the structure of the towers is about to start.
