Our Summerlea Woods community in Binbrook has continued to evolve and grow this spring season. Take a look at our aerial footage capturing all of the site’s latest developments and changes.
We are pleased to announce that Phase 1 is now 75% complete. With 91 homes fully occupied, the remaining 42 homes are expected to close between now and October. The on-site school, Our Lady of Hope Catholic School, is now open as well — an exciting milestone for the community’s residents. Installation of sidewalks and curbs has been scheduled for August, with work on driveways and sodding to follow.
Summerlea Woods in Binbrook is now sold out. We thank all of those who have chosen to call this community their home.
